Exterior joinery
The exterior joinery has been designed taking into account the thermal bridge break system, with the use of double glazing and an air chamber, which significantly improves the thermal and acoustic comfort of the apartments. Profiles in colour on the outside and white on the inside. The bedrooms use aluminum roller shutters with an electric drive and built-in insulation. In the places indicated in the project, the installation of safety glass is planned.
Doors and interior joinery
The entrance doors to the apartments are burglar-proof, smooth, painted white, equipped with hinges to protect against prying, a security lock, an optical viewfinder and a chrome-plated handle in a satin finish. The interior doors are smooth, lacquered white, with simple handles in satin chrome, maintained in a modern style. The doors to the bathrooms and toilets are closed from the inside.
The built-in wardrobes in the bedrooms are modular, with smooth hinged doors lacquered white, with a milled handle of the uñero type. The interior of the wardrobes is finished with textured plates and equipped with a clothes rail, shelves and a set of drawers.
Kitchen
The kitchen is handed over in a full standard of finishing. The cabinetry includes upper and lower cabinets in white, with a uñero handle, and a quartz conglomerate countertop. The wall between the cabinets is finished with the same material. The remaining surfaces of the walls are painted, with a white lacquered skirting board.
