The elevator serves the building from level -3 (underground garage) to the 46th floor, where the spa area is located. On each tower there are two elevators with a capacity of 10 people and 800 kg and one elevator with a capacity of 21 people and a lifting capacity of 1600 kg.

The building is equipped with zoning systems and fire protection systems. In addition to conventional automatic fire detection systems and manual fire extinguishers and hydrants, an automatic sprinkler system is available in the common areas of the building. The system has several intermediate water tanks located on the technical floors, which ensures a quick response. Evacuation staircases have ventilation eight times higher than the requirements of the regulations. The fire alarm system is connected to the building’s telephone system, allowing the fastest communication about the incident to all residents, except for alarm sirens, which guarantees maximum safety in the Intempo building.
