A large-format porcelain porcelain floor is used throughout the apartment and in the bathrooms. There is acoustic insulation against impact under all floors. On terraces, a floor with a non-slip finish is used, flush with the level of the internal floor. The floors in the entrances, common areas and outside are made in accordance with the interior design and land development design.
The windows are made with Climalit double-glazed or equivalent, which ensures high thermal and acoustic insulation.
Furnishings of the apartment
Each apartment is equipped with an individual, self-regulating mechanical ventilation system. Sanitary ceramics come from the Grohe brand or equivalent, as do fittings. The kitchens are equipped with upper and lower furniture, a countertop and a finishing panel made of high-durability material. Standard includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction hob and hood. Shower cubicles are installed in the bathrooms. All bedrooms are equipped with external blinds.
